Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 

  1. Make calls on fresh data and filter potential clients.
  2. Provide appropriate guidance and solutions as per business requirements.
  3. Maintain accurate customer data, records, and documentation.
  4. Achieve assigned targets and earn performance-based incentives.
  5. Conduct regular follow-ups on fresh leads and maintain strong client interaction with clear two-way communication.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service completion.
  7. Maintain daily call reports and update lead status regularly.
  • Eligibility: Basic graduation is required.


Required Skills:
