• If a client remains unresponsive or fails to provide the required information or documents for more than 45 days from the date of service initiation, the service will be considered null and void. In such cases, no refund or adjustment will be applicable, as the delay will be deemed to have occurred from the client’s end.
• If the customer decides to cancel the service or withdraw after placing the order for any personal reason or change of mind, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances. The company shall not be held responsible for such cancellations initiated by the customer.
• If a customer wishes to switch the service originally ordered to a different service, a request for such a change must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment. Requests made after this period will not be entertained, and the original service will remain as confirmed.

Once a concern is raised, our Business Advisor Team will acknowledge the client’s communication and initiate a thorough investigation into the issue. This may involve reviewing all relevant details, such as the service order, payment records, communication logs, and the stage of service completion. The objective of this process is to ensure that both the client’s concern and the company’s records are evaluated objectively and without bias.
The Business Advisor handling the matter may also reach out to the client for any additional documents, clarifications, or supporting information that can assist in resolving the dispute quickly and accurately. All cases are assessed in accordance with the company’s service terms, refund policies, and compliance procedures to maintain consistency and accountability.

Therefore, even in cases where a client requests cancellation, the company may have already incurred time, cost, and manpower. If the refund request is found genuine and eligible as per company policy, the management will approve the refund either in full or partial amount. However, if the service has already been executed or if a significant portion of the process has been completed, the management reserves the right to deny the refund, citing operational and cost factors.
All decisions made by the management in relation to refunds or cancellations are final and binding on both the client and the company. Clients are requested to acknowledge that by engaging with our services, they agree to abide by these terms. Legal Papers India strives to maintain fairness and transparency in every transaction, and all refund-related judgments are made only after thorough internal verification and review of service records.
8. Force Majeure
Legal Papers India shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure arises from any cause beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, communication or power failures, or any other event that is unforeseeable and unavoidable.
In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, Legal Papers India will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable. However, no party shall be held responsible for losses or damages resulting directly or indirectly from such circumstances.
