Delhi Health Trade License
In the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) jurisdiction, trade-licence renewals (including health-trade licences) are expected to be completed before the start of the new financial year, as most licences are valid up to 31 March. The online portal for health-trade licences highlights that renewal applications should be filed prior to expiry to avoid late fees; for instance, licences are valid until 31 March and renewals must be done before 30 April without penalty. Additionally, one office order dated 8 March 2025 allows health-trade licence holder to choose a validity of up to six financial years (instead of annual renewal) upon payment of the requisite fees and self-certification conditions.
