The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified a set of 38 new/modified e-forms as part of the “MCA21 V3” portal upgrade:

Example changes: Forms ADT-1 to ADT-4 now have new mandatory fields (e.g., Board approval details, proof of service). Form MGT-7/7A now requires a photo of the registered office with nameboard plus geo-coordinates. LinkedIn
